Key Details for Clarinase Repetablets 5/120mg (14s): Active Ingredients: 5mg Loratadine (antihistamine) and 120mg Pseudoephedrine Sulfate (decongestant). Mechanism: The “repetablets” formulation releases 5mg loratadine and part of the pseudoephedrine immediately, while the remaining pseudoephedrine is released later for prolonged action. Uses: Relieves symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and the common cold, including congestion, sneezing, rhinorrhea, and itchy eyes.
